As per above Kaziranga safari season information, we can see that national park is basically open from October to May month but best time to visit is from November to April month. As we all know that Kaziranga national park lies in flood plains of Brahmaputra river so sometimes, due to variation in monsoon timing, it may not be possible to access all the area of national park, even till October month thus, this month is not considered as time to fully access the park and thus according to current situation, Kaziranga park authority do some changes in park opening time and thus we consider November to April is best time to visit Kaziranga national park.

Below given safari timing is average timing as 15 to 30 minutes variation is possible due to change in sunrise and sunset timing. Just like any other national park of India, here in Kaziranga also it is the park management who finalizes the exact time for parking opening and closing for safari activity. During the period of safari season from October to May, their is shift in timing of sunrise and sunset and thus safari time also changes with variation of 15 to 30 minutes and it is notified to all.
